When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 14 days after receiving your order.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost) provided you notified us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no longer than 10 working days after the day on which you received the goods, and the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the delivery date.
If a product is damaged or faulty upon receipt please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you're not completely happy with an item, we will give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & all original packaging not removed, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. All items returned must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund.
